NGC 3190 and NGC 3193 Galaxy Doublet in Leo

NGC 3190 and NGC 3193 are a cracking pair of galaxies in the same FOV. The two galaxies form a grouping with some fainter members, one of which lies next to NGC 3190, but was too faint for me to see under my sky.

Got this in my 16" in the wee hours Tues 8 Feb. NGC 3190 is the elongated fella at the top of the sketch. NGC 3193 is the rounder one near the centre. They are both around Mag 11.

Overall, 3190 was marginally brighter IMO, and also the most interesting. The core itself seemed strung out across it, but ended abruptly at the western end.
