9x50 guidescope on c6 tube

hi, i have a celestron c6-sgt telescope and i am interested in geting into autoguiding. My plan was to get an adapter for a guidescope and a qhy5 cam. The guidescope i have at moment is 6x30 so i would need a 9x50 for the adapter to fit. my question is does anyone know if a standard celestron 9x50 guidescope will fit (without drilling holes in my tube) on my c6 tube.
