Debayering (Registax + SPC900NC Output)

Another request for help with the modded 900NC

I had a quick go at Jupiter again last night, and took all the avis in RAW mode. The gain was backed all the way down to 6-12 and the exposure was either 1/25 or 1/33 (memory fuzzy!)

Once loaded up in Registax I tried all 4 different debayer methods, and well the process is interesting to say the least! (I have attached screen grabs of the align screen with each method applied - no stacking applied at this point.)

I'm assuming I've either captured the RAW incorrectly, or missed a setting, or there is some distortion being applied by my scope set up?

Any advice would be much appreciated!
