Are there any green star's ? How many diferent colour star's are there ? And what colours are they ?

The colour of a star is based on its temp. Take a look here for some more info (just the top bit, the rest it too complex for my brain!)

Not that we (I) know of and not in the standard models of how stars work..

You need to take a look at Stellar classification and Hertzprung-Russell diagrams. Wikipedia does actually have a summary page that serves as a good jumping off point: Stellar classification - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The diagrams are fairly standard representations and match my reference books

Hi Rhys, have a look at this star when you get the chance, its gone for the next few months but is a superb demonstration of the colour differences between two stars.
