Mak shakedown

I am just giving my 102 mak a shakedown. It has been so long since i have had it out. No doubt you guys have heard about the terrible weather we have had here. Just checking the tracking on Canopus-has been on it now for at least 10 mins. So far so good. First alignment didn't work so I had to start again. ( I use a Nexstar SLT mount) The last time I used it was on the evening of 21st December for the Lunar Eclipse. This was on the beach with at least a 20 knot wind blowing so I was hoping no damage was done but as I said, so far so good!
