Rise Set time graphs for the year

Hiya All, not a newbie but never mind... im having a bad (senior) day.

You know the rise/set time graph for the year (eg as printed on the magazine yearly planners, or Page 7 of (this years) BAA Handbook)... well does anyone know a peice of software that will print one out for me for my position, idealy A4.

I used to use the BAA one, when I was in N Herts - it was almost spot on, but here up t'north it can easily be 30 - 40 mins out, and of course civil twilight (and astro twilight) are miles out.

I cant be the only one with this problem, so I assume there must be something generally available.
