Celestron 130 SLT on SkyWatcher Skymax 127 SynScan

Hey guys I am getting my first scope and deciding between the Celestron 130 SLT and SkyWatcher Skymax 127 SynScan.

Does anyone know if I can put a 130 slt scope on the Skymax 127 mount as there is a scope only on ebay so it would solve both my ideas.

I would say yes as Skywatcher do a 130mm reflector on the GOTO mount too. Depends what you want to do but I had a 130PM first, which I assume is similar to the Celestron you mention and the Skymax is so much better.

Thanks. I have now bought a 6 SE which I am well happy with.

Might have the 130 for the wife.

Now I have bought an 8i to go on the mount. Awaiting a clear sky to see if it is better.
