Problems with bino's

Recently purchased Helios Quantum 4 20x90 bino's and Horizon Heavy Duty Tripod from FLO. During first light I noticed that the stabiliser bar (although securely fastened to the tripod) had a loose fitting to the eye piece part of the binocular. FLO are dealing with the problem but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Not heard it being mentioned before, so hopefully a one off.

FLO will sort you out alright though. Their customer service is legendary!

Flo have been excellent upto now and as I'm new to all this they've been extremely patient!!
