Here is Jupiter from last night.

The weather wasn't at is best but I remember someone telling me that even when its misty its possible to still get good planatary images. Well I put that theory to the test last night and it worked.

Weather conditions;

1. Transparency: Poor (Ground level mist)

2. Seeing: Good

The images was captured with my Mewlon and a DMK21 camera fitted with an IR pass filter. This time it a proper Baader IR pass filter and not one made from the dead ends of slide film.

I'd like to improve the image scale but I can only do that at present by replacing the ExtQ(1.5x) with a 2.5x barlow. I'm going to try eyepiece projection so that I can have more control over the image scale in the future.
