NexStar 4SE mount gets loose in the cold

Not sure there is a solution, but... My 4SE mount's Alt axis gets loose when it gets cold. Loose enough for the scope to get pushed out of alignment when changing an eyepiece or adjusting the dew hood. It's tolerable, I just have to careful, but it is slightly irritating. Is this a known issue with the NexStar mounts? Is there an easy fix?

I have recently purchased a 4SE and do not have this trouble.

I've seen some complaints online about a loose Alt axis, but I haven't had a problem until the cold weather started. The mount firms up once it inside and warm.
