panaview 32mm with hyperion fine tuning ring and barlow

Hi,

First thing is that I have upgraded my kit eps for my skywatcher 200p with the following after much research:

• Panaview 32mm
  
• Baarder Hyperion 13mm
  
• 28mm Fine tuning Ring
  
• TMB Planetary II 6mm
  

I can get the following focal lengths:

32mm

23mm by taking barlow off hyperion

13mm

9mm with fine tuning ring

6mm

Now for the question:

If I put the hyperion fine tuning ring onto the panaview and then the 1.25" barlow that comes of the hyperion, what would my new focal length be for the panaview.

Is it posible?

Is it worth it?

Is it possible to fire laser beams into the clouds to disperse them so i can see stars?

How can I take out the national grid to get rid of light polution?

If you work it out, please let me know. I have exactly the same parts, except with a 38mm Panaview instead of 32. I would be really interested if you find the Hyperion barlow works on there (why did I never think of that?!)

I doubt it will work - the 1.25" barrel will vignette the FoV of the Panaview for one thing and the smyth lens set in the barrel of the Hyperion is designed for Hyperions, not the entirely different Panaview design.
