That's a nice set up. I have the same mount and practically the same scope, and as I have plans to fit a guidescope at some stage your setup interests me a lot. Can I ask where you got the necessary bits to mount the guidescope?

I got a 30cm dovetail on ebay for about £20 including delivery.

I also ordered a pack of 10 1 inch camera mount bolts, I forget their exact name, but used them to fasten the dovetail onto the existing mounting rings. again from ebay.

the colli rings and guide scope I got from scopesnskies but I would never buy anything from them again. they are 5inch rings, if I could do it again maybe get some slightly smaller.

that's about it. only thing to consider is the weight. I calculated all my equipment to just over 12kgs. I had to buy another counterweight from rother valley optics which balances lovely.

I've only done 2 guided sessions so far. first I did 10 min exposures with no issue but last night was a bit windy and 5 minutes was the best I could do and threw a lot of the subs away.
