NGC 6888 Bi Colour

Image from the weekend.

The aim of the image was to resolve the OIII shell.

Have lost some of the Ha detail but worth it in the end.

The image is bi colour Ha, OIII, OIII,

Taken with the FLT132 and 4022 Camera.

Pushed the OIII as far as possible.

This is very nice - I am currently capturing Ha data of this object as I type. There is a lot of nebulosity around this fascinating object too, isn't there?

The Ha is very defined on this, the slightly wider field gets some of the surrounding neblosity to put it in perspective, will try to get some SII also. The OIII is quite feint but managed to get some good detail last year with my C11, lost a bit on this image due to the resolution.

Lovely image, looks really interesting in NB, I'm having a go at this in LRGB at the mo!
