AstroCapture Settings for SPC900nc

Hi Guys

Being new to webcam imaging i am after advice on the settings.

Principally, when i go into the "settings" area, within "sample format" i am given the option of either:

YUV420

0r

RGB24

which should i choose and why?

I assume i should use the YUY2 setting instead of the 1420 setting.
