sablekeech Posted September 28, 2010 Share Posted September 28, 2010 hi everyone!. I have just purchased the meade etx-ls and while updating the telescope i had a powercut. The result being the handset is now devoid of life and the scope inoperable. as a novice i am at a loss as to how i can get my scope up and running. Any suggestions would be very welcome. Dimitris Posted September 28, 2010 Share Posted September 28, 2010 Normally if something fails during an upload, the E PROMS are not harmed, so, at least you should have been able to restart the download ops. Now if your hand-set will not even come-on, it could mean that something has been burned in there.
