Hello and Welcome to SGL from Berkshire.

New scope purchases are usually cursed by bad weather

Not quite new scope purchases for me, but when ever I went to my obseritory at uni I got bad weather ... took 1 image in my time there :icon_salut:

Despite this I am still looking at getting my own kit - the English weather can't defeat me 365 days a year!

Hi Manok, welcome to SGL.

When you observe, let your scope cool down for around an half an hour or so, this is to let mirror cool to ambient temp, and let the air currents in the tube settle down. This really does improve your view.

Clear skies.
