Mount help please

Hi all, is it possible to mount a EXPLORER-200 (OTA) 200mm (8") onto a Tal1 German eq mount. I quite like my current mount and would prefer it if is possible. Thank you

Would have thought so. If not already there would need scope rings and a dovetail. Then balance the lot and attach. (Sounds simple )

Not sure of the scope weight and the capacity of the mount. 200's are not light, and a Tal 1 sounds like it could be the smallest in the range.

Thanks Capricorn. Looking again I believe you are correct here. I do have my eye on another scope and may go that way keeping the Tal (which performs great) as a secondary.
