Which universal digital camera adapter?

Hello Guys,

I am trying to find a good universal digital camera adapter for my Lumix camera and can't choose between these two:

Adaptors - Skywatcher Universal Camera Adapter

Adaptors - Baader Microstage Clickstop digital camera adapter

If there is anyone here with experience with either of the two, could he/she tell me if they are any good?

I am really fed up with having to hold the camera with my hands because there is too much vibration and I can't focus properly.
