I say me old playmates I'm so frustrated.. just cant get a image of the sun through me Solarscope...

here is what im trying... using solarscope 50.... diagonal ... attacched is a adjustable T mount adapter ( tube slides up and down to help focus..LOL ) eyepiece is in tube all set to go....attatch cannon 5d mk2 .. live view.... just cant get it few mm out ... its as though the tube is just that wee bit too long ..

any ideas me old chaps...a big thank you.... tips his space helmet

and so comes the cloud and rain..that ends it for today... tried a few other things..no eyepiece , macro lens , 2 other cameras and still no joy, oh well me old beans looks like another time ...still we always got tomorrow... I think!!!!
