Well I also discovered Astroboot and with my £9 I bought a digiscoping frame to attach my Coolpix camera..

Here is the moon through it during daylight hours...

I will try a vid tonight of saturn to see what can be achieved..

Not keen on the metal to glass possibilities though!:)
