trouble with k3ccdtools

hi all hope this is right place for this, load new version k3ccd on to new laptop which runes vista 32 bit all seems to go ok, recognises camera philips spc 900nc tackes images ok but big display dos not count, in bottom left corner it says filter cannot report capture information.
