Setting the time zone right.

This is going to seem a stupid question I am sure

On my az goto handset it asks me for the time, so I put that in then it asks for the time zone, GMT+, then it asks about daylight saving time. What should I put? Just now we are in BST which is GMT+1 so do I put that, or do I put GMT+0 and daylight saving YES?
