Another frustrating day with much drifting cloud (& a couple of light showers) but it did clear for long enough to complete observations.

The Sun remains quiet; white light blank, not much showing in CaK either.

The most interesting activity on the disc is at the north east limb. CaK doesn't show much

but in Ha there is a most interesting feature which looks like a worm crawling across the surface!

This no longer shows up much against the limb

A more active bunch of prominences appears at the SW limb

but the most significant prominence activity is around the west limb

Transparency good between drifting shower cloud. Seeing poor with significant boiling & some smearing. Temperature 16C, wind NW force 1-2.
