Do the radio astronomy boys chuckle to themselves when they see the weather?

I bet they do! :D

The weather guys got 2 nights right out of 3 but I only managed to take 1 as I worked till midnight on the 3rd.

Still checked over 20 Herschel objects so it was nice. Could have been more but NGC5631 toke me well over 1 hour to detect. Had to use all the tricks, from averted vision to OTA tapping to even notice it was there. It's awfully hard to see a mag 12.5 galaxy with a diameter of only 2 arc secs with an 8".
