Weather forecast for Astronomers

Dear all

I am doing some research into forecasting 'seeing' and 'transparency'. I have a tame weather forecaster working with me on this and now need some data.

If you are a visual observer and make records of your observations, I would love to hear from you. I'm looking for dates and times when you have observed and experienced either very good or very bad seeing and/or transparency. Obviously will need to know your observing location at the time too. If we can get an accurate model for this then I will be looking at publishing forecasts on the web.
