First time Omega Centauri

Well it's been ages since I've been able to get outside again, but with the nights drawing in it's a little easier than staying up till midnight now! Last night was so clear and dark I couldn't resisit.

So the first thing I looked at was the Orion nebula which never fails to impress me, then I sneaked a look at 47 Tucanae which I saw once a couple of months ago and thought was awesome. It still is! So I tried for Omega Centauri which I tried to find before but couldn't find it (amazingly). I think as it was so dark I was able to see it this time. It is such a cool sight. Actually I can't pick between the two, they are both so interesting to look at. What other easyish globular clusters are out there?

Then as I was having a good night spun round and took a look at the Beehive Cluster, I've actually only seen this once before. But I find it really difficult to pick out sometimes as it's always near the horizon and in the glow of the city lights, plus Cancer is faint anyway. I was really impressed, best view I had was like people have said on the other recent thread - through binoculars. Though I would really like to sketch the view I had through the 25mm EP, I couldn't even count the number of stars. Rounded the night off with a view of Saturn which has to be my favourite thing in the sky, I could just look at it for hours.
