Astronomy Software & GPS

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I have a quick question about astronomy software and GPS. I live in the uk and we just entered british summer last week. (GMT +1 hr).

now i believe the GPS is UTC time which i think is different. So do i need to do something to compensate for this house drift since our time tome zone has changed +1 hr.

What impact does this have onsoftware like "The Sky" and "eqascom"

Thanks,

Rich.
