DSLR Internal IR Filter Measurement

I notice in this thread http://stargazerslounge.com/imaging-discussion/100685-dslr-ccd.html there is some discussion of whether to mod a DSLR or not to improve the Ha transmission. There is a comment that the filter in a 1000D may not be as aggressive as previous filters.

If anybody has modded a 1000D and still has the old filter glass (or a fragment!) I could measure it on a spectrometer to get its transmisson curve. (Here's one I did of the SW LPF: http://stargazerslounge.com/equipment-help/91748-skywatcher-lpr-filters.html). It could then be compared to published curves to see the degree of Ha attenuation.

Please let me know if anyone wants to give it a go.
