1st image of saturn 6 03 10

Hey all, I decided to take advantage of the clear skies last night and take a go at imaging Saturn. I dont think I should have resampled at 2x though in Registax, but will have to take a look at the avi's I got and try to reprocess the image and hopefully try to get some better shots tonights.

Any way below is the 1st attempt, it was strange though imaging not in long exposure like I have been with M42 lately.

Thanks, problem was that seeing werent the best last night for higher magnification, and that was the best focus I could get due to the seeing , using my 10mm and 3x barlow I was having problems with focus. I was focusing for about 5 mins trying to get it the best I could, maybe I will try without a barlow and see what I get tonight, and maybe I will try with just a 2x barlow instead of a 3x barlow and see what I get.

Electric focusing makes it so much easier as you don't have to touch the scope and wait for the vibrations to die down whilst your focusing...
