Problem with Hand Controller on SupaTrak Mount

I have a problem with my Skywatcher Supa Trak Motorised Alt Azimuth Mount.

When I switch on the hand crontroller, the Set and Go Cruise buttons keep flashing and I can't switch them off. This seems to be preventing the hand controller from doing anything, so the mount won't move.

I've chnaged the batteries in the power pack and that hasn't made any difference.

Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

It probably means there is an fault in the mount. If all the LEDs flash when the mount is powered up this means a comms error.
