If your looking to mix different exposure lenghts and/or ISO settings you might want to consider using entropy based weighted average stacking in DSS this will try and produce a high dynamic range image from the data...

The alternative is to stack the diferent data sets in DSS and combine the files using any of a number of HDR techniques in something like "photoshop"...
