Which imaging scope?

I am interested what you folks would do if the following rules were to apply in your choice of an imaging scope, assuming you have all the other bits and bobs mount camera etc.

1) This would be the ONLY scope you can have for life, no swaps or changes

2) Imaging DSOs as prime target

3) your pick at price circa £500

4) your pick at price circa £1000

5) no limit but must be commercially available (although a waiting list would be OK)

Just curious to see what you would choose and maybe why.
