Well the weather has done its best to prevent any and all imagining over Christmas and the New Year! So here is the Pleiades from last night. I had every intention of capturing a couple of hours of data but it wasn't to be... In the end I have salvaged 3x Lums to make this rather disappointing star map!

Still I did manage to test my new mount and its GOTO ability together with its connection to The Sky6.

Telescope: Sky90II SV

Camera: ST-2000XM

Mount: G41 with GHS150

Transparency : So bad that you couldn't even see M45 with the naked eye!

Seeing: Average

Let's hope the weather improves in the meantime, it can't get much worse, famous last words
