Greetings all, and a very happy 2010 to everyone!

Here is a drawing I made of Mars using Patrick Moore's 15 inch reflector. I made the drawing while visiting him.

It is good news that patrick is now back in Farthings today, and I'm quite sure everyone will join with me wishing him well!

syrtis Major is present on the fol. limb. Both the Mare Tyrrenhum and Mare Cimmerium show some lovely fine features which were recorded during moments of good seeing.
