Anybody had dealings with them?

I placed an order for replacement bolts for HEQ5 etc., about a month ago. Looks like the money was taken from my account. No confirmation of order. I was told it would be a week. I phoned about ten days ago. Was told they would be dispatched in the next few days. Still no communication or bolts.

I've e-mailed asking them either to send the stuff or cancel the order & refund any money drawn. I'm wondering whether I need to be more pro-active and contact the card company. Just want to be sure others have had satisfactory service.

I placed an order for some replacement latitude bolts 28th Sept and only got confirmation of the order last night (5th). I am wondering how long the packing process could take LOL.
