I wanted a Baader filter for my 1000D to mod myself and was recommended by others in the DIY section that I needed to speak to Bern.

Well I did and am so glad I did.

Fantastic customer service, nice and friendly, advice I needed and went above and beyond what most companies would do.

To top it all, item arrived asap.

Bern was straight up with me, gave me facts, called and ensured everything was how I wanted it.

I must say you guys are lucky to have at so many companies which provide good customer service in the UK. Bern has been excellent and I hope to try FLO at some point.

I don´t have many options in Spain and don´t really trust them!
