spotted m43 ?

Hi i finally spotted M43 the other morning and was sure i could see a blue colour in my FOV ?

Would this be possible or was it just to early in the morning for my eyes lol ?

It depends on your aperture. In my 16" dob M42 is completely green with the outer edges heading towards M43 a bluey-green.
