120mm Achro refractors

TAL refractors may have had the edge a few years ago, but I think the Chinese models are almost or as good as the TAL's. I've owned a TAL 100R and it was superb, but then I've looked through a couple of the Synta (Celestron/Skywatcher) 120 f8 models and thought them to be great too, the only time I noticed false colour that impacts on the view is on brighter objects like the Moon and the planets. The TAL 125 is a bit of a rare beast, I'm not sure they're even made anymore so perhaps a phonecall to a friendly retailer might be in order.
