Perhaps one should accentuate the positive. For "historical reasons", I have dealt with Rother Valley Optics for a long time. Recently I (again) purchased some Hyperions from them - Sadly previously SOLD to avoid temporary financial crisis! The delivery arrived next day, with a note to say that ONE Hyperion was "sans box", because it (box!) was damaged. An EMPTY, pristine, box... within a box, arrived shortly afterwards. :)

Chuckles aside, THAT'S what I call a good service. Thanks Adam (and Ian) - As ever. :)
