Hi,

I have a toucam with adapter to fit my Skywatcher 127 eyepiece but understand I need a focal reducer to widen the field of view. I have seen some for sale but am a little confused as to which to buy as some are rated at 0.5 or 0.6 or f6.5 or f3.0. My intention is to use my triple e laptop to view so a few of us can see the image together more easily. At the moment the Moon fills the screen with less than 1/4 of it displayed.

I would appreciate any help in suggesting which reducer would be best for my situation.

ok, I think I've worked out that a 0.5 focal reducer should do the business with a toucam on my scope!
