Think most phones will do this to an extent, but maybe not this well. My iPhone 13 - quite old now! - will take 10sec exposures and stack them. I’ve taken some ad hoc shots of e.g. the Vela region once I realised this. I found out by ‘accident’, I thought it was just making a long exposure, was surprised by the quality, and Googled it. There’s a blurry Milky Way visible in the very basic image of Sco/Sgr attached, taken from 35ºN. It was a short exposure (2s?) because of nearby street lights. It can pick out nebulosity around M45, Merope in particular, from my Bortle 6 location.
