Is there a way to change the background theme from black to white?

Thank you for much for the forum. May I ask the Admin and Mods.  Is there a way I can change the black background theme to white color?

Scroll down to the very bottom of the page. Under Theme select Default Simple Theme. Should change to white background as per below image.

Thank you Sir, but Sir, I use computer, and the computer version not have the 'arrow' under theme so I can change. I screen shot it for you.

eta: Never mind I see it, it all the way on the left side, thank you so so much.
