canon eos 350 viewfinder

Hi I use a canon 350d slr for astro pics.

I was just wondering if anyone has a solution to the dim tiny badly positioned viewfinder?

I have seen add-on lcd displays by a company called zigview. Has any-one had experience with one of these?

There are also "angle finders" which claim to magnify by 2x

Which way should I turn?

i would by one of the reasonably priced programs like dslr focus of the internet as these will put your focus image onto the pc screen as well as automate all your other functions, and will cost about the same as a right angled finder

Might try that one when I get my new laptop, Fried my old one on friday by plugging in the wrong adaptor:eek: took the hard drive to my computer man and asked him to grow a new one arround it.
