QHY to Canon Lens adapter

I’d like to use my Canon DSLR lenses with my QHY 183c but QHY seem to be out of  stock of their specific adapters.

Feel like I’m totally missing something but generally all I can find is canon to m42 adapters, not m42 to canon.

I found this:

but I’m worried it’s too cheap and probably not up to the job.

Anyone point me in the right direction?

Erm, have you tried looking at the ZWO EF to m42 adaptors, there's a filter drawer version and a standard one which also allows a filter to be screwed into it. A lot of people use these even though they're not the best as they can introduce tilt, just look through the massive Samyang 135mm topic for an idea of how to mount.
