SPC900 mono chipped webcam - help

I received my mono SPC900 today from Bern at Modern Astronomy. Unfortunately, neither K3 or WXastroCapture recognise it. I haven't been able to get hold of Bern so far today and I wondered if anyone here could offer suggestions?

The SPC was a replacement for a QHY5 I bought from Bern a couple of weeks back but turned out to be faulty. I'm getting a bit frustrated here.

Glad we got you sorted Tony, it was a QHY5V btw, and it turned out to work fine when tested
