Crescent Nebula

Managed to grab the Crescent Nebula a few days ago, again over a couple of nights through the gaps in the cloud. 90% of the 50 x 5 min subs using the L-Enhanced filter.  Again, quite happy with it for now.

I’ve tried this one a couple of times but definitely need to get more time on the area. I still haven’t managed to get the ‘bubble’.

The biggest issue I have is that I want to get a couple of full nights on each target, but with the infrequency of clear nights for what seems like months of rain and cloud, I have started to jump to a new target once I am reasonable happy with it.

Too right......I'm getting seriously bored of reprocessing old data.  Haven't had a decent clear night in nearly 2 months.

Nice croissant!

I might just look at the brightest parts and ease them down a bit since they look a tad over-exposed to my eye.
