InstallSky chart picture package to cartes du ciel

Hi guys and gels

Just watched a video on youtube about mosaic imaging in cartes du ciel the guy was explaining how he frames it up and puts into APT that bit is the easy bit . To get an image of what framing you have to have a program  called sky chart picture package installed I tried to install it but can  not install it .I think I've  found it and when I go to the bottom of the laptop tool bar it says sky chart and when I opened it and install it just installs cartes du ceil .has anybody installed it and used it .

Any tips or info appreciated. 

I hope I have tried explain it .
