Hello, I have a question for maximdl 6 users, for some time, during the shooting, the guide is turned off, displaying the message as in the attachment, what could be the cause and how to get rid of it? because I don't have the strength to do it anymore, the guide camera is ZWO ASI 224MC, heq5 pro syn scan assembly

Hi Grzegorz, usually this is caused by Windows Power Management, USB selective suspend.  The USB goes to sleep to save electricity;  this causes the communication with the camera to fail.  If you tell Windows to disable USB Selective Suspend, and turn off the ability to power off the devices in Device Manager, this usually fixes it.
