Cannot get Planetary System Stacker to work on MBA M1

I have been told Planetary System Stacker is a solid piece of software but on my machine it isn't installing. Anyone with a Macbook Air M1 that has gotten it to run out here?

Install via Homebrew is not working. I get

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement planetary-system-stacker (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for planetary-system-stacker

Running
➜ ~ python --version

Python 2.7.18

➜ ~ python3 --version

Python 3.9.7

and
➜  ~ brew -v

Homebrew 3.3.6

on the newest Monterey, Macbook Air M1.

By the looks of the error I would say Homebrew cannot find a suitable installer but I am not sure how that works.
