Connecting camera to Android device - Power supply question

Hi everyone, fresh noob to astro-photography here.

I am doing research and buying various parts to start astro-photography and I have a question:

I am getting basic zwo camera asi120, and from the description I see that it has a USB 3 B port with USB 3 connector on the other side of the cable. That USB 3 is connected to the laptop to get the image from the camera. As I understand, that USB 3 will give the camera its power supply to work (correct me if I am wrong here).

Now, I also read that it is possible to connect the camera to Android device that supports OTG. And once camera is connected I will see notification for OTG that I need to activate and see on the device screen the image from camera (again, correct me if I am wrong).

In that case of connection to Android, I will need an adapter, in my case to USB C port. So I can either use USB B to USB C cable if I purchase it separately, or to use original cable and use adapter from USB to USB C.

Now, the main question - if I do such connection, does the Android device supplies power to the camera and is it enough power to activate it?

Let me know if I am missing something,

Thanks
